8.6 Loan Facilitation

- Loan approval is subject to bank's discretion and eligibility

- Loan interest rates and terms are determined by the bank
- Processing fees and charges are as per bank policies
8.7 Payment Disputes
In case of payment disputes:

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Post-Allotment Cancellation
- Cancellation after allotment: Higher deduction (typically 20-30%)
- Additional deductions for documentation and legal costs
- Refund processed within 60-90 days
Mid-Construction Cancellation
- Significant construction-related deductions apply
- Appreciation/depreciation of property value considered
- Refund timeline may extend up to 120 days
9.3 Non-Refundable Components
The following are typically non-refundable:
- Stamp duty and registration charges already paid
- Government taxes and statutory payments
- Legal and documentation fees
- Third-party service charges
9.4 Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel a booking if:
- You fail to make payments as per schedule
- You provide false or misleading information
- The property becomes unavailable due to legal or regulatory issues
- You violate terms of the booking agreement
- Force majeure events prevent completion
9.5 Refund in Case of Company Cancellation
If we cancel the booking:
- Full refund of amounts paid (if cancellation not due to buyer default)
- No additional compensation or interest (unless specified in agreement)
- Refund processed within 45-60 days
9.6 Force Majeure
In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, etc.), cancellation and refund terms may be modified as per applicable law and circumstances.

9.7 RERA Provisions

10. Site Visits and Property Viewings
10.1 Arranging Site Visits
- Site visits must be scheduled in advance through our office
- We provide transportation for organized site visits
- Visits are conducted during specified business hours
- Accompanied viewing with our representative is mandatory
10.2 Safety and Liability
During site visits, you agree to:

Eligible consumers may file complaints with Consumer Disputes Redressal Forums under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
18.6 Litigation
If alternative dispute resolution methods fail, disputes shall be resolved through litigation in the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, as specified in Section 17.
